We built FFL Overwatch because we lived the problem every single day.

Our founder is an experienced FFL dealer and IT professional who spent years logging into the same supplier portals every morning, hand-typing the same serial numbers, and spending hours on tasks that should take minutes.
We decided to build something better. FFL Overwatch started as an internal operations platform — a tool to automate the most painful parts of running an FFL. It worked. Acquisition entries dropped from minutes of manual data entry to seconds of automated extraction. Email blasts went from an hour to five minutes. Customer support emails started drafting themselves.
Other dealers noticed. The requests started coming in. It was clear this wasn't just an internal tool — it was a product the entire industry needed.
